Lucy Walters
Now turning her hand to picture book writing, Lucy has been telling stories aloud for over ten years, writing and presenting storytelling shows supporting language development, communication and play. She has performed at literary festivals, museums, theatres and schools in addition to creating and presenting content for screen.
Lucy supports the work of libraries as a Storyteller in Residence encouraging reading for pleasure and is passionate about how literacy and oracy can be supported through media and arts. Lucy’s Let’s Tell a Story recently supported BBC Children in Need at Pudsey’s Spot at CarFest.
Lucy is from Wales and lives in Oxfordshire.
